Brand new never wet. Took them out of the box and into the included carrying bag and that's it. I had intended on using this set as my travel set but was too lazy to switch out the gauges and octopus, so I never end up taking it with me and I think I never will.
These are awesome regulators (I leave a set in Taiwan since I spend 1/3 of my time there) and they breath very easily regardless of the position and temperature. APEKS is a very respected brand and has its roots in tec, so even though this is a lightweight regulator they didn't skimp on using quality components and materials.
