Bragg/Pope divers

Good afternoon,
I am moving to the Pope/Bragg area.
Any active divers in the area That can show me
Any dive spots and/or point in to a good shop

I'm not familiar with that area, however, if you keen on a drive there is decent diving off the coast. I used Home | Discovery Diving for the boat dives out of Beaufort. Depending on your budget it's decent but for me it's not something I do regularly because of cost. When I go I try to do 2-3 days to make the most of it. But the diving is really good. I have used Olympus but I feel more rushed in that dive shop. For Discovery, they try to do at least one deep dive and they do ask when was your last deep dive and what the deepest is. I have found for those boat dives safety first so conditions really do matter what sites they go to. But I try to do it at least once a year. Another note...neither DS had a dive master with us though I know that they have them.
