The main signs and signals are found in most Open Water Diver Material an others are usually worked out by buddy pairs! I am sure that such a book could be entertaining with special signs for "Laugh out loud" etc, but I cannot really see the value in trying to learn loads of special signs!
Thats just my opinion! If all communication fails, use a slate and pencil!

Signs are a lot faster than trying to write on a slate with a pencil. In an emergency and at a distance that could be the difference between life and death. Like how long does it take to attract someone's attention and write down that you are out of air on a slate, if in fact, you have one? Pointing out a turtle is another story.

The book is for all divers, everybody can pick up signs that are useful for themselves.
You can check out some videos and pictures if you want.

Well, Mr. Spamder...ah, I mean, Sander, I like the concept of those wreck signs, but a good scuba sign should be able to be done with one hand.
