Bonaire Apartments - Happy Holiday Homes $65-75 nt. for 1BR depending on when you're going. $10 more for A/C.
If I recall correctly, you can walk from there to Bel-Mar. S/B just a couple hundred yards north up the road.

You might also want to try Hotel Roomer, they are located right across the street from Belmar!
