I just planned a stop over coming from Ecuador and didn't expect such a magnific experience..
As I am a occasional diver with limited experience I went for guided dives and so I met Bas at VIP Diving. From the beginning everything was totally easy. Uncomplicated the preparations ran off. And what I have experienced then has been simply indescribably nice. Bas brought me on very different spots so we could see a huge diversity of animals. The best thing about such an experienced divemaster like Bas is he knows not only the best spots but also when to go. To dive in a small group (2-3 persons) is a fantastic experience and absolutely relaxed. Every dive seemed to be a never ending dream (sorrowfully it ended...) But I can remember this looking at all nice pics.
Next dives are planned there, nowhere else!!!

BAS, is a great Instructor, and Person. He has knowledge of Bonaire like know one else. The next time you and your family are there, ask him to take you on a night dive. You will truly be amazed.:D

I second that . When I went to Bonaire with my daughter for her first real dives I had Bas join us for several dives. I wanted his expertise of locations as well as to provide expert assistance for her. He exceeded all my expectations. The night dive with UV lights is absolutely spectacular. After I returned home I got one with the mask covers and have enjoyed using it since then. One note, Bas is a little nuts. He likes to stand in the jetwash of jets taking off at the airport. DON'T join him at this. Just smile and ahy, enjoy dude and stay in the car. Let those with ears hear.
