I'm in the early stages of planning a trip to Bonaire for next March and am seeing airfare around $850 (From Minneapolis) which seems pretty reasonable to me. Is this a decent price of should I hold out til later?

I think 850.00 is a fair price for March. But, I also agree that you should wait.
So much can happen between now and March. Once you buy your air it's non refundable.
I would wait and check it again in November.
