Body in the quarry?

Hi all,

One of my co-workers and diving buddies mentioned to me that some divers at Morrison's Quarry found a body over the weekend. Anybody hear anything about this? It wasn't necessarily a diver or anything, no real details.

it was not a diver... as per the report in the papers. It was the annual "Wetnet" so that usually means a lot of drinking and foolishness with the folks.

BTW There is no way the quarry is 140 ft deep -- even if you took a steam shovel down! Max is closer to 125.

If using the Shift key is for whatever reason not an option for you, how about just leaving it off altogether. I for one would rather read a post in all small letters than one in all caps.

There is no cause to be rude to anyone. Someone already let you know that it's rude and annoying to use all caps, so please stop. Calling people names doesn't get your message across either. So please, I'm asking you nicely, stop using all caps.

There seem to be a lack of information on this tragic death.. could you give us some details or let us know where we may find some?

Although you have lost a friend, you need to remember that this is a diving forum and when anyone found in the water, the question is asked if the person was a diver. This is obviously not the case and I am sorry for your loss, but as divers we do learn from others mistakes. I am very sorry for your loss and the ladies families loss. Take time to heal and take comfort in those around you.
