Grand opening on saturday Jan 30. Located next to Villablanca Hotel and right above Scuba Mau. I was fortunate tonite to try the menu and am very impressed with everything. Sampled many dishes such as pasta salad with balsamic dressing, strawberry salad,cream onion soup, scallops,bean chicken, shrimp, glazed salmon, chocolate mint and banana pie....lots of delicious tasting items on the menu. Incredible hand crafted mixed drinks with fresh ingredients. I have to swim extra hard tomorrow to burn off all the calories I took in 
Lots of thought and detail went into the restaurant. Definately has the nicest sink of any restaurant in Cozumel!
Fresh and with or without alcohol.
