I just don't log dives
I sent out an email to Zeagle because I had my bladder spring a leak.
I got an email back stating that the warranty couldn't be honored because there was no registration card found. (knowing me I probably forgot to fill it out) :lotsalove:
I was told that the damage to the bc couldn't be fixed but I could get a new bladder for it. I was asked to send pictures of the bc and the damaged area but I haven't heard back as to what bladder I needed and how to go about getting one.
Does anyone know where I can get a new bladder for my old friend?

...gonna ask a dumb question...have to asked your local Zeagle dealer to look at it ?

Are you the original owner of the BC?

If so, I don't suppose you have your sales reciept tucked away somewhere, do you??

If you are the original owner, and cannot locate the reciept, do you at least know the dealer you bought the BC from, and a general idea of when??

Yes I'm the original owner but I don't have the receipts from that long ago.
The dealer that I bought it from is no longer in business.
I think it was in 1993 or 94.

What is the cost of a new inner bladder and where can I find one.
I pretty sure it's a 24lb lift.
Or is it possible to reseal that area of the bladder.
 
Call Customer Service and speak to Veronica. Tell her to see me if she has any questions.

She will give you an RA # to send the BC in.

Once we get it, we will take a look and give you your options!

Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

I got the RA# and I will be shipping it out as soon as I can find a box for it.

Do I need to add anything in the box, besides the normal note stating the problem, i.e. should I reference this thread, your name, etc?

Amen to that! I have been nothing but impressed with their service and quality. In fact I just picked up another reg and a new BC from them....awesome!
