Blackbeards July 27 trip hotel partner and dive buddy

I am going on the Blackbeards trip that boards on July 27. Is anyone else from the Scubaboard forum going on that trip? I am really looking forward to it, but I am going as a single diver and I believe there is a group on board as well. So, I am looking for dive buddies!!

I have a hotel room booked for Friday night at the Nassau Harbour Club hotel that is right at the Blackbeards dock. If someone wanted to split the room, that would be great. let me know.

Not going the same time as you, as I took a trip with Blackbeard's in May. I thoroughly enjoyed it and keep going through all my GoPro footage. I too stayed in the Nassau Harbor Club. It was cool, and fairly clean. There's a shopping center just across the street (grocery store, Radio Shack, Dominos and Dairy Queen, and for coffee folks - a Starbucks) Some folks at down the street for some Bahamian cuisine but weren't impressed.

If you dive with Captain Nate, tell him that the preacher sends his regards.

Our 3 sailboats; Sea Explorer departs Freeport for the Bimini and western Bahamas waters while the Morning Star and Pirate's Lady depart Nassau every Saturday for a week of live aboard diving in the Exumas, SW Eleuthera & Little San Sal in the Central Bahamas.

I was under the impression that the only one that was currently going out of Nassau was Pirate's Lady. However, you may be right. I sent them an email to ask about that.

I am sure the Buddy thing will work itself out. But I am still looking for someone to split a hotel room with on Friday night, and that shouldn't matter which boat we are on.

I have been out over 10 times.
It has never been a problem to find a dive partner.
They will have a list on the boat of who is with who and who is not with anyone.
