In memory of my first SCUBA instructor who ran Dallas Mayer diving center, 2719 Live Oak St. Dallas Texas 75204. He taught me and my father the basics back in May 1968 with the Southwest Council Instructor Program manual. He was born 15 May 1928 in Lander WY and passed 29 Dec 1992 in Dallas TX. I used his basics as a spring board to go on to become a Navy Diver. R.I.P. - David Hastie
