Great program on Discovery Times last night on diving on Bikini Atoll. Replays today at 2PM EST and 5PM EST.

Is this the one with the actor (from State Farm Commercials) diving the ships? I wish I could remeber his name but he claimed to be an diver (did not look like it) He dove the wrecks in the Atoll with other tech divers babysitting him. I was shocked that an outfit would take him down the deep, let him pentrate one wreck, and deco with him.

Dennis Haysbert (AllState not State Farm). And no, this was a different show. And yes, for someone who claimed to be a diver, he looked more like an underwater crawler. I was also surprised to see an outfit take him that deep.

I guess he could afford the insurance.

The Bikini Atoll show was more about the atomic blasts than diving. That's been on before, as I watched it a couple of weeks ago. Very well done and amazing to see how they blew up an entire island and how now there's just a blue hole remaining.
