"Reported" so a mod can move this to the "classified" forum for you.

Big Blue makes some great lights and my experience with their customer service has been stellar. I had an issue with one of their lights, it was pretty new, Less than 10 dives. I emailed them. They said "send it in, we'll take care of it". Sent it in, they ended up having to replace the head. Never asked for proof of purchase, purchase date or store... Nothing. Just took care of it, no questions.

I agree... I've been diving a variety of big blue lights for the past 3-4 years and only had one issue which was resolved fast. Light was swapped out, no questions asked. They rock!
