I think California should just declare the entire coast line a marine sanctuary and get it over with.
 
This is great! They should pump it through ASAP before there is a potential change in administration and they park an oil rig in it.

There’s a theme developing here: the USS Independence is in the Farallones Sanctuary and it’s full of radioactive materials from the bikini blasts.
 
I think California should just declare the entire coast line a marine sanctuary and get it over with.
Marine sanctuaries are a federal program. California only could declare certain coastal areas to be state parks or reserves.
 
Regardless of feds or state, just protect the entire coast of California
