piston stem o-ring should be replaced. It should be a standard size o-ring duro 70.

Due to the high pressure differential, a duro 85-90 is called for when replacing the stem o-ring.

You are right, that's because I've edited the answer. The Piston o-ring should be 70 (moving LP), but the stem 90 (moving HP).
