Found this 2002 article in an old box. Thought I'd share this bit of history on the author of 151 dives. Its now in my copy of her book.

Very few ever met her; even fewer ever dove with her
Yet she produced two very comprehensive PNW dive guides,

This "vintage"article answers a lot of questions.

I am a long term avid dive bibliophile and like you I have made copies of the article
I folded them and placed in side both her books for future bibliophiles who question
"Who was Betty Pratt-Johnson ???"

Thank you for discovering the article but most of all for
sharing and preserving it for all future Dive Bibliophiles
