I would think either South Caicos in the Turks and Caicos (which is actually part of the Bahamas geographically but not politically) or Bloody Bay Wall at Little Cayman. The problem with South Caicos is virtually nothing there.

Soufriere in Dominia has some spectacular wall dives including L'Abym and some of the dives round Scott's Head
