I'm headed to the Philippines from 9/26 to 10/3 and hoping I could get a little advice. I was wondering which diving location has the best visibility? I know that this question could change hour to hour based on the weather, but in general which spots in the Philippines general have the best viz, not counting Tubataha. To narrow it down further I'm interested in either drift or wall diving. I will being traveling with my girlfriend how is a non-diver, so having a nice resort close by so she can have her fun at the SPA while I'm diving would be ideal, but not my number one priority.
