Best soap for teflon-based lubes?

Hi all, Which soaps or cleaning solutions have you found to be most effective in cleaning away teflon based lubes like Christo or Tribolube? General liquid soaps don't seem to work very well.

Simple green and a soft bristle brush. Just soaking alone does nothing. Ultrasonic does very little.

simple green and nylon brush works well for me, I soak in simple green, brush it up and soak again, then in the ultrasonic, brush, then rinse in ultrasonic if I really need to get it all off
