last year (easter time) my wife and I went with peter pan, a boat which seems to me in btwn budget and mid-priced
no luxus, no frills, but we were very happy with everything: great instructor (we took the AOW on board), delicious food, helpful and kind crew etc.
they also had nitrox on board and all equipemnt for rental
don't have any other experince there, so I can't compare with other providers, but can only say we were very happy
