What Bonaire retail shop would be the best place to find some d-rings, tri glides, #330 o-rings (the size to restrain an inflator hose), and a replacement steel buckle for a bpw?

Carib Inn (aka Bruce Bowker's Carib Inn), just south of the Divi, has the best-equipped dive shop I've seen in Bonaire.
The shop at Buddy Dive stocks at least some BPW parts - I was able to get a set of (Highland, I think) book screws there after losing one.
