My vote is for the reefs around Playa 
and I'm not sayin that 'cause I live here. I have dove from here all the way down to Cinchorros Banks and I can tell ya...Playa has better vis, prettier reefs and more sealife all-around then what I saw after about 30 dives around tulum. Hey, just my 2 psi worth!

I have only dove Playa of the ones that you listed but I'll agree...it was great diving with Jason when we were there in December. Ton's of color and fish! We are heading back again in January.
