best places to do RD & MD??

Hi there!
I am due to finish my university degree in the next few months and one thing I would love to do is complete my RD & MD and hopefully enjoy the career oppurtunities that this allows. has anyone got any recommendations of dive operations they have used? my first priority is crystal clear visibility, a variety of dive sites, a dive op which doesnt use interns as slave labor and focuses on diving & finally a social scene (this doesnt have to be amazing but I am young and I enjoy a dance and a tipple!!).
also if anyone has any advice on how to aquire work from dive ops or conservation projects etc that would be most appreciated!!!

Utila or Roatan.

In regards to employment you might not know it but Mexico has Draconian labor laws to protect the locals. Dive shop has to have 9 locals on staff for every 1 foreigner. Not a lot of 10 employee dive outfits, this is why you don't see a lot of foreign dive masters in Mexico like other parts of the Caribbean where the dive community is very cosmopolitan.
