I will be in Cozumel in November, and would like to know where I should go to watch Mexico verse USA mens soccer game? I don't want to be in danger. Lol

My guess is that you can watch the game anywhere in Coz that has a big TV. Mexicans are at least as interested as are gringos. The broadcasters will of course speak in Spanish no matter where you go but if you are that interested you don't need a translator.
 
A lot of the ex-pat watering holes will have the USA feed of the game, thus in English. Of course, the energy will be much higher in the places that are broadcasting in Spanish!
