Any "good deals" are probably (most likely) grey market. Which, if you're buying a body for $1699 really isn't a great idea. Pretty much anyone who actually has one in stock sells the body for $1699 - most places can't even keep them in stock.

Buy one from an authorized Nikon USA dealer.

Since youre in USA, I would go for BH specially if you live on another state and will not get to pay the tax, just the shipping.
