Best place in Roatan for month stay

We (diving Couple 60-ish) are considering a month long stay on Roatan around February. We usually do a week or 2 on Bonaire or St Croix, have stayed at CoCo View in the past as well. Looking for recommendations for a 30 day stay on the island with both shore and boat diving opportunities. Doesn't need to be a resort but access to diving and a restaurant are crucial. Can any one suggest a few places to consider? Cost is always a consideration but not critical. Thanks!

By your minimal statement of parameters, you are describing West End.

I would scratch ‘shore diving’ off that list, your previous visit to CoCo View has shown you certainly the best shore dive on Roatan, and arguably the only extant shore dive worth doing still/now otherwise accessible.

West End is your target.
