So I’ve recently been on a dive trip to Scapa flow ( amazing btw :) ) with covid the boat wouldn’t allow you to spit in mask so provided small bottles with baby shampoo ( no more tears ) and water worked amazing and smelt good too. Just wondering if anybody else uses something other than spit and what the results were ?

My wife and I both dive Sea Vision masks and use their proprietary spray.

Works great, never had an issue with fogging.

You won’t find anything that works any better than baby shampoo - mix it 1/3 shampoo and 2/3 water in a small spray bottle. It’s cheap too! I just get small travel size bottles to bring on each trip to mix when I get there to avoid any TSA or leakage issues in transit.
