I want to create long bungee tethers from eyelets on several items to bolt snaps (not attaching the bolt snap directly to the item). I've used simple clinch knots on both the eyelets and the bolt snaps, but they have had a tendency to come apart. Which knot(s) do you think would work better?

Single fisherman's knot with superglue on it to lock the nylon casing to itself.
I added a photo to my original post. Just leave that knot and add superglue?

San Diego jam knot is secure and tidy. More so when you thread the tag end through all the loops instead of just the top loop (it'll make sense when you Google it).

anything elastic hates to stay tied and only gets worse with water. 2 drops of Superglue or similar will solve all your problems simply

Come high water or witchcraft no undone knots until the elastic wears out or a propeller chomps on it

When you tie your knots pull them lots!

If bungee isn’t absolutely necessary and you can switch to cave line, I’d recommend an end-of-the-line bowline.
