Can anyone tell me the best diving outfit in Bonaire for Dec/10 and preferably a dive outfit/hotel pkg. And is diving good there in Dec?

If it's your first trip, Buddy Dive. If you want to save some money, Goldern Reef Inn and Wannadiveboniare as the dive op (GRI will arrange the diving for you). Both are very good operations. I have and will stay with both in a second.
