Which 67mm diopter would people recommend when using the Nauticam 65 port for both the 60mm macro lens and the 12-50mm kit lens (with Austrian zoom gear)?

It really depends on which working distance you are looking for. Considering your 60mm lens is in reality a 120mm a subsee +5 or an Inon +6 will give you super macro at around 1.7:1.
The subsee has less fringing than the Inon and is a tad more expensive. The lens is also bulkier. The Inon that I believe you have used before is a lighter lens but is only two elements and will have some fringing you can remove in editing.
The first lens has a focal length or 200mm the second 165mm in both cases working distance will depend on the lens you use on the camera but you can assume the Inon will get you a few inches closer.
For a micro four third I would look at a flip diopter option for flat port.
The stock lens at full zoom 50mm will also give you super macro generally nauticam gear does not make you use this lens in macro can you do it with your zoom gear and forget about the macro lens?

interesting

I have an Inon 165UCL with the AD mount which I used with my Recsea S95 housing so it is not suitable for the NA-EM5 I now have. Looks like the Subsea +5 may be the way to go as the Nauticam SMC may be too powerful.

I don't understand why we may stay stuck to + 5 diopters lense when using the 60 mm Olympus or the 12-50 mm ?? I currently use either the Subsee+10 or the Saga +15 diopters without any problem , except the fact that it is not really easy to use them but no more or less than with my previous Nikon D90 and 85 mm lense ...
For instance this pigmy has been taken with the 60 mm + subsee +10 and the picture is not cropped :

next this Anker schrimp has been taken with the 60 mm + Saga + 15 and I might have more close the aperture to get a better depth of field ...

Also , Nauticam has succesfully use his new macro lense with the EM1 and 12-50 mm in some pictures wich are here :

Just because not all things are so tiny. With the bare lens you can do macro and then with one lens get to a certain size and with two again smaller. Not everyone has got super tiny critters to shoot I guess

Yes , but the quality of the picture with 2 Inon 165 stacked together will not be so good that the quality of one taken with a Subsee +10 without probably speaking of the Nauticam lense . The 15 Saga is a special lense , I agree that could not suit to every photographer ..

For the fun I've also stacked together one Inon 165 and the Saga +15 , with intentional small deep on field this is the result , again not cropped :

It's very fun to try all these lenses , but of course you need time underwater and to find small critters .

I have the +5 Subsea for use with my 60mm and 12-50mm. I really like the flip diopter holder. I also have an Inon +5 that I can screw onto the Subsea but getting a good shot of the critter is very difficult when using the 60mm.

I use both the 12 - 50mm and the 60mm with my EM-5 in a Nauticam housing.

I have just recently purchased and started using a Subsea +10 with the 12 - 50mm.; however, I have yet to use it with the 60mm macro lens.

Here are two images, one taken with the 12 - 50mm locked in at macro (43mm) and then with the +10 added for comparison.
