Belize or Roatan

I am trying to decide on a new dive destination. For the past few years, I have been going to Cozumel. I think I will branch out and do either Belize or Roatan.

I would appreciate any advice you all can give me to help me decide. I will have 3 divers (all experienced) and one non-diver on the trip.

I would like to know what the pros and cons of Belize vs Roatan. Types of diving, cost of diving, shore vs boat dives, cost and quality of accomodations (would prefer a condo if possible), ect.
