The barrier reef nearest the resort offered great diving, prolific life, and good, visibility, but the farther reefs were world-class. Following are pics from the reefs by the Blue Hole, and Glover's Reef. We often had well over 100' vis; The sandy bottom would be covered with Conch trails, with as many as 6 Conch in sight at one time. Massive swim-throughs, where the sand seemed to spill off into the blue abyss below. Cruising the edge of the reef, we spotted some soaring Spotted Eagle Rays:

We found this Green Moray out in the open. I'm sorry I couldn't place anything for scale, it was at least 4' long.
These reef dives were always 3 tank dives, with a generous surface interval and picnic lunch. Baked chicken, rice and beans, melon and cookies. Awesome.
