Does anyone know of any good beach dives in Panama City? I'm a PADI instructor looking for a place to do refresher dives.:cool2:

The only dive is at the St. Andrew's State Park jetties.
There are a couple of piers on Panama City Beach, but I don't know if one is allowed to dive around them. Regardless, they're crowded with fishermen, so it would definitely be a hazard.
