My department is reorganizing our search and recovery team's equipment, boat, vehicle (current), & trailer (possibility). We don't have much so when I say reorganize I mean new purchases and higher certs, the works, (as long as the money is there). In our distict we have less than ten impoundments that are 50 acres or less and no deeper than 40'. We also respond in two counties which have Lakes with deepths to 185' and assist at least three other cities that have impoundment simular to ours. We were wondering what other Organizations (you guy and gals) are using, and what are there pros and cons, or what would you do differently if you had the chance?
