I have something kind of odd - a BC (back inflate) that has a back plate attached. It was a custom job for someone by a small shop in seattle (silent-world). Pictures are available at scuba stuff for sale - Imgur

It has an atomic aquatics ss1 stainless integrated octopus/inflater.
