I have an Aqualung PRO-LT integrated BC with trim pockets. Is there a maximum recommended amount of weight for the trim pockets? (Although not an issue when I dive in the Caribbean, I'm usually in the St. Lawrence River in the summer in a 7 mm Henderson wet suit + 7 mm core warmer on occasion.)

According to the User Guide (google is a useful tool)

Type of BC: ADV style, weight-integrated, wrap-around jacket
Type of Fabrics: Fade resistant 500D Armor™ Cordura®, Armor X and mesh
Ditchable Weight: XS – ML hold up to 20 lbs. (9kg) L & XL hold up to 32 lbs. (14.5 kg)
Non-ditchable Trim Weight: All sizes hold up to 10 lbs. / 4.5 kg of weight in two pockets on rear tank band
Lift Capacity (Lbs): XS-24, SM-27, MD-29, ML-33, LG-44, XL-55

I'd read that Non-Ditchable part as max of 5lbs per pocket.

Wearing all that neoprene, you might try spreading your weight with a belt one day. Maxing bc lead spec is not a good idea.
You may be surprised.
