Hi, I am going diving this weekend, possibly at the barge and sub. I've never hit up that site. Is it tide sensitive like a lot of the other long island shore dives? We were planning on high slack but just wondering if it makes much difference. Any other insight on this particular dive is also appreciated. Thanks.
