bare soft sock size.

Another bare drysuit question? I'm going to get the 09 bare xcd2 drysuit , but i wanna go with a soft sock option i wear a 10.5 shoe . My question is do i go with the size 10 that comes with the xl stock size, or move up to the size 11 bearing in mind the thermal socks.
