I received my new Bare SEALTEK 7/3mm Coldwater Hood yesterday and my neck measurement is 16-17inches and the hood is rated for XL 16inches but its kind of tight. It's uncomfortable. Will it loosen up or do I need to send it back and get the 2XL? Is it possible to stretch the one I have to be more comfortable?
