Bare D6 users, what undergarments are you using for 50F water? Also, how much additional weight did you have to add moving from a 7mm wetsuit to a Bare D6 (fresh water)? Thanks.

D6 in freshwater
i personally would classify water temps 50 F and below as cold water
i get cold easier than any of my dive buddies so i am not the norm and will skew the results
undergarments = warmth = air space = lead
i dive heated at 50 F, makes for a warm comfortable dive, better muscle control and air consumption
i wear .. base layer undershirt, thermalution, chillguard, polartherm microfleece undies top and bottom
i also wear crab claw mitts
lead 20 lbs
with that i can comfortably dive for over an hour, usual max depth 50-60'
when i dive my scubapro nova semidry 6.5 mm wetsuit i use 6 lbs

With that suit, and that Temp, the 4th Element Xerotherm is an excellent choice. The D6 has alot of inherent warmth due to the uncompressed neoprene(unless you have an old suit that has a lot of deep dives).

What is your height/weight though?

In a room of 20 people, are you typically hotter, colder, or average than everyone else?
