who is diving a Bare Blackwing or the Oceanic Excursion 2 BCD and what 3 reasons (fit, cost, performance, utility, etc.) would recommend for either? Any insight is welcomed. Please no Wing/BP recommendations at this time. I'll close this thread in a few days. Happy Father's day to all the dads.
