I'm heading to Barbados this week and plan to dive one or two days. We'll be staying at the Hilton in Bridgetown. We're interested in a well-run dive shop that's geared towards advanced divers. I've read about Barbados Blue Watersports (on-site so would be very convenient), Eco Dive Barbados, Dive Hightide and The Dive Shop but it's hard for me to figure out which one of these (or perhaps another) would be our best best. I would appreciate any recommendations on dive ops and must-do dive sites. Thanks!
 
Try and get hold of Sculpin on SB. He runs ....or used to....a dive shop that I always dove with.

Def do Carlisle Bay and it is an easy shore dive with a number of wrecks.
