I agree that Roatan is perfect for beginners! In fact, I think it is great for all skill levels, there is always something to see and reef structure is good. Southside walls are fantastic for more advanced divers who want to go deeper, but the tops of walls are perfect for newbies. Not too many dive destinations offer such diversity.
