i am in dire need of an aluminium backplate, can anyone help me out?? I would like either a dive rite/OMS/ or HOG for a reasonable price....

Can't help you with aluminum, but if you want I've got a SeaElite stainless steel backplate with DiveRite deluxe harness on it I'll let you have for $50 plus shipping. I bought it in July 2009 and it probably has 10 dives on it at Vortex Springs (freshwater). If stainless steel and the price is ok with you let me know and I'll send pics. I have the paperwork and can mail that to you as well.
