Will the Oxycheq O-Pack harness accept a steel backplate with a STA. I read in one of the threads that it couldn't. Will any backplate work..Hammerhead for example?

The o-pack is designed to specifically work without plate. If what you are after is the padded staps and back portion, then start with your plate of choice and add an appropriate comfort/deluxe harness and a backpad.

I was thinking of the backplate to add weight and add support. Also without the plate it would be great travel bc for warm water....Maybe I'm wrong.
