Anyone with any experience going from the original chest mount counter lungs to the new backmount? How did you learn the ins and outs of the new setup?
 
I did.

Spent a week in Truk then a week in Bonaire, but honestly a weekend of diving is plenty to get used to it. It's pretty simple once you get used to the iBOV.
 
Effortless. Went from the FMCL of the prism to BMCL of the O2ptima without hassle. Run some drills on the iBOV though. The streamlining is nicer in current. I noticed less drag.

How is the work of breathing? I am sticking with the Prism 2. But picking up a set of the bmcl’s hopefully this month.
