What would you recommend for diving Italy's east coast. I have been to Santa Margherita Ligure and just returned from Sorrento.

Hi Piccola. Honestly the east coast of Italy is interesting only around the very south, or otherways I would recommend Croatia.

The best area for diving in Italy is around the west coast, expecially Tuscany (Argentario, Elba and Giglio Islands) and Lazio (Pontine Islands: Ponza, Ventotene..).

West and south, and south west are the best areas for diving.
