I have an Avon sport boat and want to put oar locks on the tubes. The material in the tubes is Hypalon (sic) calendered nylon. Where can I find the oar locks and what kind of glue works on this material ?-----Ron

Well, I have had some success with squeeky cleaning the surface to be glued and then using Super Weather Strip Adhesive 1300L. Finding stuff for "rubber" boats in the Land of Fiberglass is challenging. My boat is Hypolon coated fabric also and I bonded a neoprene rubber flag holder to the fabric hull and it has stayed very well. N

West Marine has Hypalon cement, or at least used to. And I vaguely recall that they
might have had the oar locks.

Be sure to get cement for Hypalon and not PVC.

Make sure you use the right solvent and the right glue for the material. Hypalon is easy to glue. Here is a link to the NRS site that shows all that you need.

Just make sure you use a hypalon glue and the recommended solvents or you will be disappointed with the results.
