A diver gets injured during a dive on the Thistlegorm. Poor preparation and lack of the right equipment can injure divers easily during a wreck dive. The man probably bumped his head on a sharp object. His head is bleeding and now he has to deal with a number of risks. Watch film:

I don't dive without some sort of full exposure protection any more - even if it is warm enough to skin, I'll wear a 1mm. There are just too many things in the ocean that want to sting, poke, and bite you. hadn't really thought about head protection but I have my hair still - May be time to re-think that too
 
Look out for sharks!!!
 
Somewhere I have a picture of a buddy with a nosebleed due to a strong 10' surge in 5' vis. We were exploring the debris field of a wreck and he zagged when he should have zigged and a pipe jumped out and bit him. We moved to deeper water where there was less surge for the next dive.
