Australian diving tragedy

On Saturday morning, at a popular dive location approx 3-4 hours from Adelaide, South Australia, A woman in her forties died while scuba diving.

Details are not confirmed at this point, and as yet, I have not found out exactly what happened. What I have heard is that they were diving at Althorpe Island, off Marion Bay, viz was excellent, sea was flat, and she was found floating on the surface, with her reg in her mouth.

I have also read that she was new to diving.

The latest info I have read is that the Lady was found just under the surface of the water with the reg in her mouth.
Apparently there was a doctor and nurse on the boat.
